New Sea Cave Discovered

Entrance at 51m

A new wonderfull sea cave found by our exploration team at Alonnisos island off of Greece.

There was an information about a hole on the bottom of the sea at about 7 metres.
18 -19 & 20 of June was a nice opportunity to take a first look.

We did some further exploration from 29/7 to 10/8 during our further research expedition to the same island

The cave starts at about 7m. The first level is at 33m and the last one at 51m
At the depth of the 51m we found one entrance that has small rooms and something that looks like upstream coridor.
The rest of the big room at 51m is unexplored.

On the second dive we explored another entrance at 33m that drives to a room that the access is only on sidemount with beautiful decoration and a syphon that goes straight down. At the end there are two more unexplored entrances.

Here are some pictures from our first two dives.

On October we will be there again for further reserch and exploration.
